Local dive hole in the wall but stop in for a truly wonderful meal. Excellent Indian food in a pleasant little dive. Inexpensive. Take out is best but if you're looking for really good Indian it's really good. We looked inside and almost didn't go but figured the heck. Glad we did. Perfect.

Had a great experience here with my kid. The food was served quickly and the customer service is just good. Prices are reasonable.

Tried this spot before with my friend and I am obsessed since then. I loved the great character and delicious food and drinks. Keep it up.

This place is the best Indian restaurant in the area. The sauces are what you supposed to be served. Many other Indian restaurants in area they bring out korma,masala,madras, etc all looking and tasting exactly the same.

Do not eat or order food from this restaurant. They lie about how long it will take for you food. I placed an order telling me it would be ready in 15 minutes. I ended up waiting there for an 1:45 minutes and when i said i was going to walk out they said it would be another 10 minutes... Furthermore, they do not observe social distancing (at least 15-20 people inside the restaurant) and the lady in the front keeps on taking off her mask. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!

I went here with my fiancé and it was wonderful. We were skeptical because there was no one in the restaurant at the time, but we read the reviews so we thought we would try it. Started off with onion baji, which was not on the menu but they made it and it was very tasty. My fiancé ordered a mango lassi, it was not the best we have had but I would say that was probably the only thing we would not order again. The Rogan Gosh Lamb was great and the lamb was cut into small pieces and was tender. A lot of times when you order this dish the lamb is thick and tough but not here. The basmati rice was cooked perfectly as well. The lunch special came with naan bread, we ordered the garlic onion naan, delicious! The lunch special also came with an indian desert. It is like a donut dipped in syrup. Tastes better than it sounds. Overall great experience and we will certainly be back! Thank you.

Great experience...my daughter had a project representing the country India with for her girls scout troop. The super,kind guy was most helpful in offering solid options for the girls and went above and beyond preparing the food for sampling purposes...The chicken Tikka boti was a huge hit at the event...thanks alot. Don't sleep on this place the food was amazing. Definitely try the mango lassi, you can't go wrong. 😊😊

THIS PLACE IS THE BEST!!!!!Best Indian food in the area and possibly ever. I dream of their tikka masala and wouldn’t be surprised if there is actual crack in it because it is SO addictive to me...... I wouldn’t even care either hahaThe employees are super nice/sweet and take care of you every time. I show all my friends this place! :)

First time been to this restaurant and the food was amazing. The spicy was perfectly balanced, not overwhelming. The chef and the server were very nice. I will definitely come back.

We've been here many many times and each time we think is better than ever. It's all about the food here and we've never been disappointed. No better Indian food around. Mal, the owner and waiter is always friendly, thorough and helpful. Can't wait to go back.

Another great restaurant with authentic food. You can make the dishes as spicy or mild as you like. Frequent here on days off for the lamb saag. Tried a couple other restaurants nearby, but this place remains my favorite for Indian food.

We frequently eat at this, 4 table, take out restaurant, serving indian food. Must try the mixed bread basket (not if dieting). Consistent 5 star quality and taste. Simply Amazing!

Quaint little Indian joint tucked away off Sample. 6 tables. A lot of Togo, but I recommend eating in. Delicious food. Great garlic naan, lamb vindaloo, shrimp curry, samosa and the Indian beer is really tasty. Front end guy is really mellow, probably owner or manager. Not in your face but attentive. Try this place out. Last time I had Masala and The Makhani both a treat.

Ordered delivery on postmates. we ordered the lamb biryani, butter chicken and naan. The food was delicious. My only complaint was the portion sizes.$40 for 3 items. 2 of which are supposed to be entree sized. I was expecting more food. the butter chicken had alot of sauce, but very few pieces of chicken. The lamb dish was small as well. I liked the food. Because of the small portions, I don't think I will be ordering from here again. you get bigger portions at other Indian restaurants for less money.

I got to say even though it's a hole in the wall the food is awesome and very authentic taste great good flavors. Will be going back

Fresh food but absolutely zero flavor and chicken tikka was tomatoes sauce with dry chicken 🤢🤮... shrimp Bryani was way too much masala but that’s it.. there is no flavor except spicy.. and I like spicy. 😱.. I feel bamboozled by this place.. 1st and last time

We met with friends at this spot for lunch. This spot was recommended to us by a friend. Well, it was a winning. The staff members were extremely nice and we felt very good. The food was just great. We enjoyed every moment and we will definitely return to this restaurant. We recommend this place to all.

Don't be put off by the appearance of the place, or the fact they serve on disposable plates. You can't eat those. But the food! The waiter asks how much spice you want, 1-10. I don't know how he does it, but he says he eats 20. 7 gets my nose running and my lips hot. Everthing we have had there has been wonderful, even the food we took home and ate the next day. Our go to Indian food place in this area.

I come to this special restaurant often as I love the ambiance that is exist in this place. The staff is extremely attentive and professional. The service is certainly rapid. Not to mention, the food they cook is highly distinguished. I ate there more than once and I was always happy. The expense is fair. I recommend this restaurant to all my friends.

I visit this place a lot since I work right next to it. I love how their customer service is always excellent and they keep the spot well kept regularly. Rates are affordable and they serve generous portions.

I rarely write reviews but feel the need to for this one. Super nice lady with great customer care service, quick and easy, and of course the food is very tasty as well. The lunch special is a good deal for their chicken tikka masala. Don’t be afraid to ask for more heat, I ordered an 8 out of 10 but would go for a 10 next time. Overall a pleasant experience ordering.

Khana Kh'zana has amazing food! I've eaten at countless Indian places in Broward County and this is by far the best! The prices are very low, too. I'm a vegetarian and most of the dishes I get are around $8-$9 (portions are big enough for 2 meals). I usually order two dishes for myself so I have lunch for the next few days.It's morso a casual takeout place with 5-6 tables. The owner, Mel, is very friendly and is always will to answer any questions you may have about the menu.

Love their Chicken Tikka! Small place on West Sample Road, but can usually find a seat. Does a lot of take out.

We just moved to Coconut Creek and I was worried we would be outside the delivery zone. I was delighted to hear that they do deliver so I ordered a chicken tikka level 8 spicy for hubby, a lamb vindaloo level 8 spicy for me and another chicken tikka level 3 for dd. The food arrived very fresh and still warm. The flavors were spot on. This is totally authentic and delicious N. Indian food, so good!

Recently had dinner here while in town for work. It’s a small space for dining in but very quaint and hospitable. The service is wonderful and the food is utterly delicious. Be sure to try the naan and paneer dishes. I was with three coworkers and everything we all got was very fresh and had the perfect amount of spice. I wish I had more room to have tried more dishes. I would definitely eat here again.

I used to go to Arun's across from Khana Kh'Zana until Arun's became too popular and lost it's flavor so I tried Khana Kh'Zana. After having the food at Khana Kh'Zana, I am very pleased to say that they are the best in Coral Springs.

I just moved to Coral Springs this year and have been trying out lots of local spots to support during COVID and boy did this place blow my taste buds! Absolutely delicious authentic Indian goodness! We had the chicken tiki masala and butter chicken, both were so flavorful and just the right amount of spice over fluffy basmati rice. We also had garlic naan and samosas, which were the perfect add on to the meal. We even ordered the dessert gulab jamun, yummy fried rice balls with honey. I highly recommend trying this unassuming little restaurant for some of the best Indian food! Looking forward to ordering again soon! Oh and yes they are adhering to protocol, masks and social distancing for pick up and delivery only right now.

Our first time here. The staff is super friendly and very willing to explain the menu items to those not familiar with Indian Cuisine. The food is absolutely delicious, all of it. I had the Curry Shrimp with rice and it was the best shrimp dish I have had in a long time. My wife had the Chicken Madras and she loved it. Our son had the Chicken Curry and he thoroughly enjoyed it. We also had Garlic and Onion Naan and my wife wants to have it with coffee for breakfast. She wants to know how early they open to sell Naan. It is a small restaurant with 10 tables. They also offer take out and delivery through Uber Eats and Food Dudes. There is a TV playing Indian Music Videos. The volume is loud enough to hear, but not overwhelming. Very pleasant place with super friendly people Highly recommended you try it.
